摘要
目的探讨添加配方奶的两种喂养方式对婴儿产生乳头错觉的影响。方法将出生3 d的240例剖腹产婴儿分为两组:奶瓶喂养组(观察组)和用勺喂养组(对照组),比较分析两组婴儿对乳头产生错觉的分布。结果在婴儿产生乳头错觉方面观察组低于对照组。结论用瓶喂养优于用勺喂养,产生乳头错觉低,可促进母乳喂养,对婴儿的健康发育有利。
Objective To research the effect of nipple misconception on newborn infants due to two feeding modes of adding formula. Methods 240 babies born only three days by caesarian delivery were divided into two groups in which one was in observation group of bottle feeding and the other was in control group of spoon feeding.Then compare and analysis the distribution for nipple misconception on the two groups of babies. Results The nipple misconception of observation group was less than that of control group. Conclusion Bottle feeding is better than spoon feeding to avoid nipple misconception efficiently,promote breast feeding and be good for newborn infants＇ health.
