摘要
生物信息学是利用计算和分析工具收集、解释生物学数据的学科,随着高通量质谱技术的出现及其在疾病基因组、蛋白质组学研究中的应用,生物信息学在解读基因组、转录组及蛋白质组学分析产生的海量数据中发挥着越来越重要的作用。
Bioinformation is a new across-disciplinary based on mathematics,computer sciences and life science,whose purpose is to understand the biological significance of a various data by using the strategies of mathematice,computer sciences and biology to collect,process,propagate,analyze and explain the biological information.With the application of high flux MS in the genomics of disease and Proteomics,bioinformation plays an more and more important role in reading the information of Genome,Transcriptome,and proteomics analysis.
