摘要
采用膏剂法对工业纯铁进行稀土硼铝共渗和硼铝共渗,分析了渗层的相组成及其生长情况.结果表明:稀土对硼化物形成的两个阶段,即随机成核、等轴长大阶段和择优取向长大阶段均产生影响,并给出了渗层生长的动力学表达式.
Re-B-A1 and B-A1 are permeated into pure iron using medicinal extracting method.The metallgraphy and growth of permeating layer have been studied. The result shows that rareearth would influence two stages of boride forming that, at the first, iron borides nuclcatearbitrarily and grow equiaxially, and at the second, iron borides grow up the perfferredorientation. The kinetic equations of permeating layer forcing have been given.
