摘要
油膜轴承是板带轧机的核心部件,锥套是油膜轴承中重要的径向承载元件之一,其键槽、壁厚的分布对承载能力、运转精度有直接影响。应用流体润滑理论、边界元法,通过对锥套关键部位进行受力分析,可对锥套结构的优化设计提供依据。
The oil film bearing was the core of the strip rolling mill stand,and the taper sleeve,whose distribution of key groove and wall thickness had direct effect on capacity and operative accuracy,was one of the important radial carrying components of oil film bearing.Using liquid-lubrication theory and boundary element method,the force analysis of the key parts of the taper sleeve could be researched and the reference of the optimal design about the structure of the taper sleeve.
