Static and Mode Analysis on a Kind of Tandem Axles Shell

文章通过三维设计软件Pro/E对汽车起重机驱动桥桥壳进行三维建模,并将该三维模型与有限元分析软件Ansys无缝连接。对桥壳进行了静态分析和模态分析。其计算结果可为汽车起重机驱动桥桥壳的结构设计,优化和轻量化提供理论依据,具有较强的实际工程意义。

In this paper,Pro/E software is used to carry out the three-dimensional model of the tandem axles shell,and link the tandem axles three-dimensional model to the ansys sofrware seamlessly.The static and mode analysis is carried out to the tandem axles shell.The results of the analysis provide basis theoretical for the structure to design,improvement and weight lighten of the tandem axles shell,which is of some significance to engineering.
