摘要
员工的执行意愿是决定我国保险企业执行力强弱的根源之一,其大小与员工需求的满足程度直接相关,因此企业需从多方面把握员工需求。同时,保险企业的共同愿景对执行意愿的巩固起到重要作用,必须采取措施建立企业的共同愿景。此外,良好的文化氛围对执行意愿的进一步发展与提高意义重大,保险企业应打造良好的执行文化,最终达到提升企业执行力的目的。
The employees' executive willingness is one of the factors which decide the effectiveness of execution in insurance industry in our country. It is directly linked with the satisfaction of the employees' demands. Therefore insurance companies need to know about the employees' demand from various aspects. Meanwhile,the common future prospect of the insurance enterprise plays an important role in consolidating the exective willingness,thus the establishment of a common future prospect of an enterprise is of necessity. In addition,good cultural phenomenon is also significantly important in promoting the executive willingness. Insurance enterprises should construct a kind of good exective culture so as to improve the enterprise's exection.
