摘要
由于现今短跑技术的不断提高,国内外对短跑中的各个运动环节与训练的研究逐渐增多,如何提高运动员的短跑技术,越来越受到重视。技术训练的目的在于学习、掌握和提高。本文通过对放松技术进行详细的分析研究,提出了放松技术在短距离跑项目中需要注意和拟解决的问题,以达到提高短跑运动成绩的目的。
As technology continues to improve today's sprint,sprint at home and abroad in various sports research and training links gradual increase in how to improve the athlete's sprint technique,more and more attention. The purpose of technical training to learn,master and upgrade technology. This article,through a detailed study on relaxation techniques,proposed some problems that need attention and to be solved in order to achieve to improve sprint performance of scientific training methods.
