摘要
通过对湖南省高职院校篮球爱好者运动损伤情况的调查研究,发现大学生篮球运动员的损伤率较高。损伤部位主要集中在踝关节、膝关节、掌指关节;急性损伤多于慢性损伤。准备活动不充分、局部负荷过大和犯规是造成损伤的主要原因。针对上述的状况与导致篮球运动损伤的主要原因,提出从科学的角度来预防篮球运动损伤的发生。
Through the investigation into injury of basketball fans in colleges and universities,it can be found that there is a high injury rate among college and university basketball players. The usual injured parts are ankles,knees and knuckles. Acute injuries happen more frequently than chronic injuries. Inadequate warming-up,partial overloading and breach of rules are main reasons for injury. According to the above-mentioned situation,this article scientifically puts forward the way to prevent the occurrence of injury in basketball playing.
