当前我国正处在经济转轨、社会转型的关键时期,中国共产党是执政党,是人民利益的代表者,是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队,然而一些共产党员自身素质不过硬,腐败现象时有发生,导致腐败现象易发多发的土壤和条件还存在。反腐倡廉的形势依然严峻,这离不开共产党员自身素质修养的加强和思想政治教育。全心全意为人民服务是我党的宗旨,加强共产党员素质修养,保持党同人民群众的血肉联系是"三个代表"重要思想的应有之义,是永恒的课题。

At present our country is in the key period of economic and social transition,. The CPC is a party in power ,and is the representative of the interest of the people ,as well as the vanguard of the Chinese people and nation. However, some communists＇ quality are not satisfying .Corruption still happens from time to time, because the factors lead to corruption exist. The situation of fighting corruption is still stern. Strengthening communists＇ self-quality and ideological and political works play important role in the fighting corruption. The aim of our Party is to serve the people wholeheartedly. Strengthening communists＇ self-quality and maintaining the flesh-and-blood ties with masses of the people is the core of ＂three represents＂, which is the eternal topic.
