摘要
开展调查研究对于领导干部而言十分重要,但目前领导干部在调查研究中还存在不少问题。诸如深入不够、创新不足、方法不当等,应该下大气力提高领导干部的调查研究能力,彻底改变领导干部的工作作风。
In view of the current problems found in the investigation and study of leading cadres, this paper discusses the importance of the investigation and study to leading cadres and give some advices on how to improve leading cadres＇ ability to investigate and study.
