基于项目管理技术机动应急救援任务的组织

Building a sound and flexible emergency rescue system based on project management

目的提高突发灾害事件的救援质量。方法组织120人组成机动应急救援分队,进行14d的野外应急救援训练。采用项目管理方法对机动应急救援分队的任务进行组织,科学地规划机动应急救援分队任务的范围、时间、费用、人力分配等问题。结果野外应急救援训练顺利完成。结论采用项目管理方法对机动应急救援分队的任务进行组织,可优化组织结构,对资源进行合理配置,提高救援质量。

Objective To promote quality of rescue in disasters. Methods One hundred and twenty people were assembled to participate in a 14-day rescue training program, and the emergency rescue mission was organized by using project management strategies in terms of mission responsibility, time, cost and human resource allocation etc. Results The mission was completed smoothly. Conclusion By using project management strategies to organize emergency rescue mission can optimize organizational structure and reasonably allocate resource, so as to promote rescue quality in disasters.
