摘要 目的构建医院护理人员的绩效评价指标体系。方法运用文献综述法、德尔菲法选择评价指标,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。结果构建的护理人员绩效评价指标体系包括工作能力、工作数量、工作质量、工作态度和工作行为5个方面,其权重分别是0.2665、0.0921、0.4435、0.1280、0.0699。结论层次分析法的运用为客观、准确地评价护理人员的工作绩效提供了一种新的思路和方法 ,通过该方法构建的指标体系适应范围较广,适应性较强,对护理人员的绩效评价更具科学性和合理性。 Objective To construct a nurse performance appraisal system. Methods Literature review and Delphi method were employed to confirm indicators of the nurse performance appraisal system, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the weight of each indicator. Results The nurse performance appraisal system was composed of 5 dimensions of work ability, work quantity, work quality, work attitude and work behaviors, with the weights being 0. 2665,0. 0921,0. 4435,0. 1280,0. 0699 respectively. Conclusion The use of AHP provides an objective and accurate method to evaluate nurses/ performance. The indicator system constructed by using AHP has wide application and good adaptability, which can make the evaluation of nurses' performance more scientific and rational.
