摘要
光能异养微生物外红硫螺菌属Shaposhnikovi形成的胞外生物聚合物对重金属具有很强的吸附力。吸附作用与液体的pH值有关,最佳的pH值范围是6~7.在铜、锌离子浓度为100mg/l的水溶液中,两种离子的去除率达到99.7%,水溶液中剩余的离子浓度小于0.3mg/l.生物聚合物中被吸附的重金属占生物干重的25%~30%.
The photoheterotrophic microorganism Ectothiorhodospired Shaposhnikovii may produce an extracellular biopolymer having and the a big sorptive power against heavy metals.The sorption of metals depends on the pH value,and the optimum value is ranged from 6~7.In aqueous solution with a concentration of metal ions 100 mg/l,it was were achieved that more than 99 7% amount of copper and zinc was removed.The residue concentrations is less than 0 3 mg/l in the aqueous phases.The sorbed metal of the biopolymer were 25%~30% in the dry mass.
