摘要 目的探讨抢救程序模型用于内科临床护理教学的效果。方法将59名内科实习护生随机分为对照组(29名)与观察组(30名)。对照组采用常规方式带教,观察组在此基础上,引用抢救程序模型带教,即对护生进行抢救程序模型的应用培训,按教学目标要求,结合临床病例,护生自选2种抢救程序模型作为实习作业,经小组讨论、查阅资料,将所学知识融会贯通,多项操作整合穿插,制定相应救护预案,反复进行仿真训练及临床实践。结果观察组理论、仿真抢救考核成绩显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。观察组对教学效果的认同率显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论应用抢救程序模型带教,体现了护理工作的整体性和连贯性,有助于提高护生临床实践综合能力,有效提高临床护理教学质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of the rescue procedures model applied in clinical nursing teaching of internal medicine. Methods A total of 59 nursing interns who were practicing in the department of internal medicine were randomly divided into a control group (n=29) and an observation group (n=30). The control group were mentored with conventional ways. The observation group were introduced a rescue procedures model additionally. Specifically, each student selected 2 rescue models as his or her assignment, they discussed the selected models in groups, accessed to needed information, digested the knowledge they had learned, employed multiple skills, formulated corresponding plans, and put the plans into simulation training and clinical practice. Results The examination results of theoretical learning and rescue skills after course completion in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.01 for both). The appraisals of the teaching methods in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Introducing rescue procedures model into clinical teaching reflects the integrity and consistency of nursing work, helps to build up studentsr clinical practice ability, and effectively improves the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
