职业教育校企合作的驱动方式解构、问题与策略

Deconstruction, Problem and Strategy on Driving Mode Presented in School-enterprise Cooperation of Vocational Teaching

校企合作是办好职业教育的必要条件之一,但校企合作历来也是发展职业教育的薄弱环节之一。分析发现,驱动校企合作的方式比较复杂,包括法律、政策、契约、购买、资助五种方式,深化校企合作需要优化、强化这五种驱动方式。

School-enterprise cooperation is one of the necessary conditions for managing vocational teaching well;however,it has always the one that becomes the weak point in the development of vocational teaching.It is analyzed that five ways of law,policy,contract,purchase and subsidization could be complicated for driving the cooperation.Therefore,to deepen school-enterprise cooperation is to optimize and enhance the above driving modes.
