摘要
目的探讨安达美在不同浓度葡萄糖注射液及不同种类氨基酸注射液中的稳定性。方法分别测定10%葡萄糖注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、3种氨基酸注射液的pH值,再分别测定安达美加入以上注射液中的pH值及变色现象,同时观察在上述溶液中添加安达美与电解质的先后顺序不同其pH值及变色情况。结果 10%葡萄糖注射液pH值平均3.46,5%葡萄糖注射液平均4.53;安达美加入葡萄糖注射液后溶液变色,pH值下降明显。3种氨基酸的平均pH值分别为5.50、6.70、6.61;安达美加入氨基酸注射液不变色,pH值变化较小。在氨基酸注射液中添加安达美与电解质的先后顺序不同未见明显颜色改变。结论安达美最好加入氨基酸注射液中,以避免其理化性质发生改变,保证配制后营养液的稳定性。
Objective To explore the stability of addamel in different concentrations of glucose solution and in different kinds of amino acid solution. Methods First, we detected pH values of 5% and 10% glucose solutions, and of 3 kinds of amino acid solutions. In a second experiment, we added addamet to the above-mentioned solutions, tested pH values again and observed color changes, meanwhile the pH values and color changes were examined when addamel or electrolytes were added in different order. Results The pH values of 10% and 5%glucose solutions were 3.46 and 4.53 respectively, when addamel was added to glucose solution, the pH value dropped and color of solution changed. The pH values of the 3 amino acid solutions were 5.50, 6.70, 6.61 respectively, and they showed little change when addamel was added, but the color of solution did not change. There was no significant color change when addamel or electrolytes were added to amino acid solution in different order. Conclusion Addamel added to amino acid solution is strongly recommended, it can prevent both chemical and physical properties changing, and keep the stability of total nutrient admixtures.
