摘要 肌萎缩性侧索硬化症是运动神经元疾病之一,可导致进行性肌肉萎缩和瘫痪。本文就肌萎缩性侧索硬化症治疗的研究现状做一综述。 Amyotrpnic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is one of motor neuron diseases, which could result in the progressive muscular atrophy and paralysis. This article reviewed the recent researches for ALS treatment.
