脊髓型颈椎病的一体化康复治疗 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨脊髓型颈椎病的一体化模式治疗的效果。方法自2001年4月~2004年10月,采用术前、术中、术后的一体化治疗模式,对68例脊髓型颈椎病的患者实行一体化康复治疗。随访并复查X线片,测量术前及术后12个月病变椎间隙高度,采用日本矫形外科学会评分标准(JOA)评价手术前后脊髓功能,对各阶段进行评价。结果全部病例中50例获得随访,患者对手术的满意度高,其中症状明显好转49例,缓解1例,加重0例。术后12个月时,X线显示全部病例植骨愈合、病变椎间隙骨性融合。手术后病变椎间隙高度和术后JOA评分优于手术前。本组无颈髓损伤、钢板和螺钉松动及椎前血肿等并发症发生。结论一体化康复治疗对脊髓型颈椎病具有满意的效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of systems integrative rehabilitation therapy for cervival spdylotsis myelopathy.Methods From April 2002 to October 2004,68 cases were intervened with the integrative rehabilitation treatment,which linked up the pre-and post-operational rehabilitation interventions into a continuum.The cases were followed up,and serial radiological evaluations were applied.Then the height of involved interspinal space was measured preoperatively and 12 months after operation,and the spinal function was evaluated according to the standard of Japanese Orthopeadic Association (JOA).Results All the cases were followed up,of which 49 were better,1 was i mproved,none was worsened.12 months after operation,roentgenographic appearance showed that the allograft healing andinterbody fusion of all patients were achieved,and the reserving height of involved interspinal space and JOA evaluation postoperatively were significantly superior to preoperatively.There was no complications such as cervical spinal cord injury,internal fixationloosening and hematoma turned up.Conclusion The integration rehabilitation therapy has satisfactory effects in the cervical spondylotsis myelopathy.
