老年慢性支气管炎68例患者护理观察与体会

The observation and experience of care in chronic bronchitis on 68 cases

目的观察与总结慢性支气管炎68例患者的护理体会，以期指导临床。方法对笔者所在医院2008年4月～2010年4月就诊的慢性支气管炎患者68例进行护理干预，观察治疗效果。结果68例患者中，痊愈15例，显效25例，治愈率58．82％，进步17例，无效11例，总有效率83．82％。结论对于慢性支气管炎的患者，精心的护理能够减轻患者的病痛，促进患者疾病的康复。

Objective To observe and summarize the nursing experience of chronic bronchitis on 68 cases, in order to guide the clinical. Methods From April 2008 to April 2010, give nursing to 68 eases of chronic bronchitis patients, to observe the care effect. Results In the 68 patients, the cure was 15 cases, the markedly improvement was 25 cases, and cure rate was 58.82%. The improvement was 17 cases, and 11 cases treated in vain. The total recovery rate was 83.82%. Conclusion For patients with chronic bronchitis, meticulous care can reduce the patient＇s illness, promote the rehabilitation of patients.
