摘要
首先对AlCr2O3体系的燃烧合成反应进行了热力学分析,讨论了起始反应温度,Al2O3和Cr2O3稀释剂以及MoO3添加剂对AlCr2O3体系的绝热反应温度的影响.最后对AlCr2O3体系进行了热爆和点燃模式的燃烧合成实验,并对实验结果进行了分析.
The thermodynamic analysis of combustion synthesis reaction of Al Cr 2O 3 system is conducted, and the influences of reaction starting temperature, diluents of Al 2O 3 and Cr 2O 3 as well as MoO 3 additive on the adiabatic combustion temperature T ad are discussed. At last, the combustion synthesis reaction experiments of Al Cr 2O 3 system under two different modes (self propagating mode and thermal explosion mode) are conducted and the experimental results are analyzed.
