摘要
采用DSC方法研究了含磷芳胺/E51环氧树脂体系的固化反应,测定了反应表现活化能.结果表明,含磷芳胺固化剂的反应活性高于对应的芳胺固化剂,与脂肪胺固化剂的反应活性相近,含磷芳胺/E51体系的固化反应活化能为69.50~77.75kJ/mol.此外,DSC实验表明含磷芳胺对芳胺DDM/E51体系有促进固化作用.
The curing reaction of an epoxy resin E 51 cured with phosphorous containing aroamines is studied by DSC. The results show that the curing reactivity of phosphorous containing aroamines is higher than that of corresponding aroamine (DDM). And the apparent activation energy of E 51 cured with the phosphorous containing aroamines is about 69.50-77.75kJ/mol. In addition, the phosphorous containing aroamines accelerate the curing reaction of E 51 with DDM.
