摘要 在上海近几年大规模的轨道交通建设中,已经形成了以轨道交通站点为依托的联合开发理念。目前,这种联合开发的模式随着轨道交通延伸到城市边缘。随着轨道的延伸,城市边缘的综合配套建设开始规划,形成较大规模的办公、商业、居住及娱乐等综合设施,一定程度上吸引了周围的日常交通,并形成社区中心。但巨大交通出行集聚产生了局部地区的交通问题,如何完善综合交通的配套,形成较合理的交通模式,是促进地区开发的重要手段,也是合理促进城市中心人口疏散的重要条件。 After large-scale rail construction in recent years, Shanghai has already formed a joint development of the site relies on philosophy. Now the jointly developed model is extending to the edge of town with the rail. With the extension of the rail, supporting integrated construction at the urban edge has been started to planning. It is aimed to form a large-scale office, commercial, residential and entertainment complex, which can attract surrounding traffic and become the community centers of the region. But the huge concentration of traffic trip also had some areas of the traffic problems. How to improve the comprehensive transportation package to form a reasonable mode of transport is an important means to promote regional development. It is also an important condition for reasonably promoting the city center to evacuate population.
