摘要
为满足高强度客流的集散需要,优化交通设施保障能力,2010年上海世博会交通方式结构将以公共交通为主,保证地面公交、团体巴士、旅游包车等集约交通的优先度。因此,为满足世博停车设施需求,需在园区周边区域设置临时停车场予以解决。同时,需要结合停车场的功能定位制定完善的交通组织方案,保证客流安全、方便、高效地观展。在分析世博交通客流构成与停车需求的基础上,深入探讨了世博外围停车场的功能定位、规划原则、设计标准及交通组织等要素,并结合实例对上述各方面予以具体阐述。
In order to meet the needs of passenger distributing and optimize the capability of traffic infrastructure for the Shanghai Expo 2010, Public traffic as express bus and shuttle bus would be the principal mode for communication. Therefore sufficient parking area should be provided in perimeter zone around the Expo park. In addition, the scheme of traffic organization for the parking lots should be made ensure the expo visitors could have a trip safely and conveniently, the This thesis first discusses the formation of passenger flow and parking demand, the second part analysis the functional localization, planning principles, design criterion and traffic organization for the Expo Parking lots. Finally an example is given for detailed explanation in all respects
