在县级市中小学周边道路交通现状分析的基础上,结合典型案例将中小学分为位于国省道、城区环路和城区中心道路三种类型。通过对以上三类中小学周边道路交通特征的系统分析,提出了综合考虑过街设施、公交站台、减速设施设置等改进方案。文中所给出的县级市中小学校周边道路交通问题的解决方案和设计理念,为相似中小学周边道路交通的设施和安全设计提供范例。

This paper conclude the elementary and secondary school into three sorts of schools locating near national and provincial highway, ring road and central road, based on the analysis of its road and traffic characteristic. According to the above analysis, an integrate countermeasures includes crossing facilities, bus stop an, slowdown facilities and so on is introduced to improve traffic environment and management. The scheme gives examples to traffic facilities and safety design of similar school.
