智能调度系统是利用先进的技术手段,动态地获取实时公共交通信息,实现对公交车辆的实时监控和调度,是公交车辆调度的新模式,是公共交通实现现代化管理的重要标志。为智能化调度奠定基础,完成乘客在出行时达到最优换乘,研究了城市公交网络系统实时网络优化模型构建与实施方法问题,旨在推动我国智能公交系统的快速发展。

The intelligent dispatching system plays a key role in ITS--PT. ITS--PT makes use of advanced techniques, to obtain the real-time public transport information, to dispatch the buses. ITS--PT is a new style of public transport dispatching, and it is an important sign to realize the modernized management. This paper discusses the problems of models and methods about real- time network optimization, so as to lay a foundation of intelligent dispatching, to change the best bus, and to advance intelligent dispatching and modernized management.
