引导县域发展的公路规划方法研究

The Research on the Highway Orientation Development Planning Method Promoting the County Economy

基于县域经济发展对交通的需求进行分析,提出从最短路法、经济通道法、隐患消除法和交通量法展开对县域高速公路、干线公路、县乡公路、其他农村公路和客货场站规划研究,给出了节点扩展,以及将高速公路、县乡公路、其他农村公路统筹规划的具体方法,并以陕西省公路规划中如何构建支持县域经济发展的公路网络系统对方法进行了验证说明。结果表明,此方法使用方便,能满足发展县域经济对各类公路规划分析的要求,可保障大区域内各类公路协调匹配。

Based on the transport needs analysis of the county economic development, this paper studies the planning of country freeway, trunk highways, county roads, and other rural roads with the method of shortest path, economic channels, eliminating hidden danger and traffic law, then provides node expension and a specific planning way of overall the freeway, county roads, and other rural roads, then this paper take Shanxi provincial highway network planning how to build the system as an example to verified. The results show that this method is convient to use, can meet the planning ananlysis requirements of the county economy development, and ensure the coordination of various types of matches in large area.
