摘要
为了对可能的突发事件提早预防和快速应对,铁路客运站需制定行之有效的应急预案,以最大限度地保证应急过程中旅客运输的安全畅通。结合应急管理相关理论,以上海站为例,分析了车站应急条件下客运组织的现状及不足,并提出相应的改进措施。
In order to prevent early and respond rapidly to possible emergency, it＇s necessary for passenger railway stations to develop effective emergency preplans to maximally ensure the safety and smoothness of passenger traffic. This paper takes Shanghai railway station for an instance, analyzes the present situations and shortcomings of its emergency management system based on related theory, and then proposes some improving measures.
