摘要
目的探讨超微血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血模型大鼠的保护作用。方法采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支的方法复制急性心肌缺血模型,从心电图ST段的改变及左室前壁向外膨胀发绀提示急性心肌缺血模型成立。观察超微血府逐瘀汤对心肌缺血大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)含量的影响。结果超微血府逐瘀汤可以明显提高血清NO、SOD的含量,显著降低ET、MDA含量,与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超微血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠具有保护作用,其机制可能与调节N0、ET含量,减轻自由基损伤有关。
Objective To explore the protective effects of micro-pieces Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.Methods The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligatured to induce the model of acute ischemic myocardium,and the contents of NO,ET,SOD and MDA in serum were observed.Results The micro-pieces Xuefu Zhuyu decoction enhanced significantly the contents of NO and SOD,while reduced the levels of ET and MDA(P0.01).Conclusions Micro-pieces Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has protective effect on acute myocardial is-chemia in rats,and the mechanism may be related to regulating the contents of NO and ET and reducing the free radicals damage.
