预先承诺法与大学生课程成绩激励研究

摘要 基于预先承诺法的原理,考察激励大学生课程成绩的预先承诺效应。结果显示:承诺组学生的课程成绩显著高于非承诺组学生;在承诺条件下,不同性别、时间间隔的课程期末考试成绩差异均有统计学意义;女生期末成绩高于男生;间隔2周承诺学生的期末成绩高于间隔1周的。表明预先承诺法可有效提高学生的课程期末考试成绩,且与性别、时间间隔有关。 Basing on the principle of pre-commitment approach, this article has explored the pre-commitment effects upon improving college students' curriculum scores. The results are as follows: The score in the students who had made pre-commitments to a curriculum grades was significantly higher than that in the students who hadn't made pre-commitments to scores. Under the commitment conditions, the scores of curriculum in final exam had statistically significant difference in gender and time interval. The score in female students was significantly higher than that in male students. The score in the students who had made commitments at interval of 2 weeks before final exam was higher than that in the students making commitments before interval of 1 week. Those findings indicated that pre-commitment approach is effective way of improving student's curriculum scores, and which was associated with gender, time interval.
