坚持党的用人标准,提高高校“学工”干部素质

党的十七届四中全会通过的《决定》中指出"德才兼备、以德为先"是我们党的用人标准,是新形势下对党员干部的思想道德素质和科学文化素质提出的新要求。提高高校"学工"干部的素质,必须坚持"德才兼备,以德为先"的根本标准,做到以德为先,以才为重。

The 4th Plenary Session of the Seventeen Central Committee had approved that when selecting officials, both moral integrity and ability should be highlighted and the moral integrity should be taken as the first consideration. It has always been a standard carried out by Chinese Communist Party. And Party members are constantly required to improve their moral integrity and ability. Likewise, cadres of the university students＇ ideological and political education should follow the same standard.
