摘要
根据城市污水处理工艺的要求,从综合自动化系统的完整性、可靠性出发,给出了控制系统的网络结构、现场PLC控制站的组成及功能,并设计出系统程序流程图.通过STEP7编程软件编写出相应的梯形图程序,主要实现了预处理控制系统的软件设计.
According to real need of wastewater treatment techniques in the city, this paper presented a network configuration of the control system, and the composition and function of the field PLC control station, and designed the program flowcharts of the control system. It provided a ladder diagram programs using software STEP7 to realize main software design of the pretreatment control system.
