头孢替唑钠壳聚糖载药微球制备的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以虾壳为原料制备壳聚糖.通过反相悬浮交联法制备壳聚糖微球和头孢替唑钠载药微球.研究了醋酸浓度、壳聚糖浓度、乳化剂用量、油水比、交联密度、反应时间和搅拌速度等因素对微球平均粒径和粒径分散度的影响. The shrimp shell was used as raw materials to prepare chitosan. Chitosan microspheres and Ceftezole Sodium for Injection drug were prepared by RP - suspension crosslinking legal system. The influences of acetic acid concentration, chitosan concentration, chitosan deacetylation, the amount of emulsifier, oil - water ratio, crosslinking density, reaction time, stirring speed and other factors on microspheres average size and grain size dispersity were studied.
