摘要
教师绩效工资制虽有其合理的地方,但易被理解为以货币为标尺度量教师工作绩效的工资分配方式。其潜在后果,一是降低教师对工作的特殊品质的兴趣,进而降低甚至夷平教师工作的品质;二是使作为手段的货币目的化、教育目的手段化,使教师的教育人格逐渐消遁,而市场人格却逐渐突显;三是使教师以前受"良心"驱策的纯粹利他行为后来出现时都会带上清清楚楚的算计性,使教师自行抑制甚至贬斥、否弃他人无法作硬性规定的由"良心"驱策、心灵觉悟而生成的纯粹利他行为。
Teacher performance wage system is often understood unilaterally a method of distrbuting wage which money is a unique surveryor’s rod as the measurement of teacher performance. It brings three latent facts: firstly, it lowers the teachers’ interest on their special-charactered work, and even remove the teaching work’s immanent mission; secondly, it makes money as the target instead of means, which results in the teachers’ market personality instead of education personality; thirdly, it diminishes the teachers’ altruism behaviors urged by conscience but makes them as business, so that the teachers will restrain or even stop their non-forced, soulfully and hearty pure altruism behaviors.
