生物多样性是人类社会赖以生存和发展的基础,而遗传多样性则是生物多样性的根本。从形态学、细胞学、蛋白质和DNA分子4个方面介绍了食用菌遗传多样性的研究进展,其中对DNA分子标记即RFLP、RAPD、SCAR、SSR、AFLP分析方法的原理、特点和其在食用菌遗传多样性鉴定方面的研究进展进行了重点阐述。

Biological diversity is the basis for survival and development of human society and genetic diversity is the foundation of biological diversity.The paper introduces research progress in genetic diversity of edible fungus from four aspects of morphology,cytology,protein and DNA molecular marker technology,and emphatically expounds the principles and characteristics of RFLP,RAPD,SCAR,SSR and AFLP analysis methods and research progress of DNA molecular marker technology in diversity identification of edible fungus.
