摘要
为研究黔产竹节参块茎精油的化学成分,采用常规溶剂提取黔产竹节参块茎精油,用GC-MS技术对精油成分进行分析。结果表明,在黔产竹节参块茎精油中共检测出45个色谱峰,成功鉴定出40个化合物(以萜类为主),其中甲基丁酸(9.56%)、正己酸(11.60%)和镰叶芹醇(10.04%)为代表性物质;同时黔产竹节参精油具有一定的抗氧化活性,其抗氧化性能以2 g为最佳。
The composition of essential oil extracted from tubers of Panaxja ponicus in Guizhou was analyzed by GC-MS technology.The results showed that 45 chromatographic peaks were detected and 40 compounds were successfully identified.The main chemical components are 3-methyl butanoic acid(9.56%),hexanoic acid(11.60%) and falcarinol(10.04%).The optimum antioxidant ability of the essential oil extracted from Panaxja ponicus is 2g.
