摘要
利用漂浮育苗技术培育烟苗,于播种期在不同基质上接种丛枝菌根真菌(AM真菌),研究了烟苗生长、烟株营养状况和基质养分的变化。结果表明,接种AM真菌增加了烟苗植株干重,提高了植株磷含量和植株对氮、磷、钾的吸收量。接种AM真菌增强了烟苗对基质中有机质、碱解氮、有效钾、总磷、有机磷、Ca2-P、Al-P和Fe-P的吸收,使这些养分在基质中的含量显著低于不接种处理。试验结果证实,AM真菌能提高烟苗对基质中养分的吸收,并为菌根活化难溶性无机磷酸盐提供直接证据。
Tobacco seeds were sown in different substrates inoculated with AM fungus under modified floating tray system to study effects of AM fungus on plant growth,plant nutrition condition and change of substrate nutrients.The results showed that the substrate inoculated with AM fungus could increase seedling dry weight,improve P content in seedlings and N,P and K absorption amount of seedlings.AM fungus enhances absorption of organic matter,alkaline hydrolysis N,available K,total P,organic P,Ca2-P,Al-P and Fe-P in substrate by seedlings and their content in the substrate inoculated with AM fungus is significantly lower than CK,which indicates that AM fungus can raise nutrition absorption from the substrate by seedlings and provide a direct evidence for activation of hard soluble inorganic phosphate by AM fungus.
