不同浓度多效唑与己杨酸酯对小豆生理生化特性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Different Plant Growth Regulators with Different Concentrations on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Adzuki Bean

摘要 为寻求己杨酸酯和多效唑在小豆生产上喷施的最佳时期及浓度,采用三因素随机区组设计,以叶面喷施的方式,比较了不同浓度多效唑与己杨酸酯对小豆两个生育时期生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:2种调节剂均能有效地提高叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及叶绿素含量,降低丙二醛含量。不同处理对小豆生理生化特性影响程度存在一定差异。处理a1b1c2和a2b2c2喷施效果最佳,分别是分枝期喷施浓度为100 mg/L的己杨酸酯和初花期喷施浓度为200 mg/L的己杨酸酯。在分枝期或初花期进行叶面喷施调节剂,加快了同化产物向生殖生长转移和运输,增强了对外界不良环境的抵抗能力,提高了生育后期的干物质积累。 The leaves of adzuki bean were respectively sprayed with different SA-DTA-6 and PP333 concentrations at its branching and initial blooming stage to study effects of different SA-DTA-6 and PP333 concentrations on physiological and biochemical characteristics of adzuki bean at two growth stages for probing the optimum plant growth regulator concentration at the optimum growth stage.The results showed that two tested plant growth regulators could both increase the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll and reduce MDA content effectively,and there was difference in physiological and biochemical characteristics influence among different treatments.Spraying 100mg/L SA-DTA-6 at branching stage and 200mg/L SA-DTA-6 at initial blooming stage both had the best effects on physiological and biochemical characteristics of adzuki bean.Spraying plant growth regulators could increase dry matter accumulation of adzuki bean at late growth period by speeding up transfer of assimilation products to reproductive organs and enhancing its resistance to bad external environment.
