摘要
为了研究胡卢巴根瘤菌的生理生化特性,通过对10株青海胡卢巴根瘤菌的生理特性试验,结果表明,采自同一地区同一生长时期或不同生长时期的胡卢巴根瘤菌,在生理上有一定的差异,同时表明胡卢巴根瘤菌具有多样化的代谢途径;生化性状试验结果表明,同一地区同一生长时期或不同生长时期的胡卢巴根瘤菌在碳源利用、氮源利用、矿质元素利用等方面均存在差异。
The results from studying physiological characteristics of ten rhizobium strains isolated from Trigonella foenum-grecum in Qinghai province showed that there was some difference in physiological characteristics of tested rhizobium strains,which indicates there is diversity in metabolic pathways among tested strains.The results from studying biological characteristic of ten rhizobium strains isolated from Trigonella foenum-grecum showed that there was difference in utilization of carbon,nitrogen and mineral element among ten tested strains.
