栽培黄精种苗的分级及移栽时期的选择

Study on Classification of Polygonatum Seedlings for Cultivation and Its Optimum Transplanting Period

为找到黄精移栽的最佳时期,分清种苗优劣,保证种苗移栽质量,对贵州省凤冈县西山黄精GAP试验示范基地栽培黄精1年生种苗进行分级,将其分成4个等级,规定1、2、3级可以栽种,第4级不能用作种苗。对移栽期研究表明,黄精1年生种苗最佳移栽时间应选择在育苗第2年的12月,即大田成熟黄精采收时间进行。

Annual seedlings of Xishan Polygonatum were classified into four grades in GAP test and demonstration base of Fenggang county,Guizhou province to study its optimum transplanting period and seedling quality for transplanting.The results showed that the seedlings with grade 1,2 and 3 could be transplanted,and the optimum transplanting period of annual seedlings should be at the harvest period of field Polygonatum.
