摘要
以蝉拟青霉(Paecilomyses cicadae)0305-3菌株为材料,研究了提高蝉拟青霉多糖含量的液体发酵条件。结果表明,蝉拟青霉多糖含量的最佳液体发酵条件为:在液体培养基中,以7%的接种量将浓度为107个/mL的孢子悬液接入装液量为20%的液体培养基中,于pH 7、27℃1、50 r/min的转速下发酵7 d,0305-3菌株的多糖产量可达3.24 g/L。
The 0305-3 strain of Paecilomyses cicadae was tested to study the liquid fermentation condition for improving yield of Paecilomyses cicadae polysaccharide.The results showed that 3.24g/L polysaccharide of 0305-3 Paecilomyses cicadae strain could be obtained under the optimum liquid fermentation condition including 7% dosage with 107 spores suspension per milliliter inoculated in liquid media of 20% volume,pH7,27℃,150r/min for 7 days.
