摘要
通过对中硅耐热球铁氢含量的化学分析,用离子探针测定氢的微区分布,初步证实中硅耐热球铁中存在一定数量的氢,且易在含Si量高的部位富集,并由此引起氢脆,对氢在α-Fe中的固溶机制做了简要的推论,并提出预防或减轻中硅耐热球铁氢脆的途径.
H content in medium silion heat resistant nudular cast iron was studied by chemical analysis and the distribution of micr-area of hydrogen was measured by IMPA. It is found primaryly that a quantity of H is in medium silion heat resistant nodular cast iron and H is tend to gather in area where Si content is high, which leads to hydrogen brittleness. The solution mechanism of hydrogen in a-Fe was briefly discussed and the method to prevent or reduce hydrogen brittleness was provided in this article.
