摘要
在以往试验研究的基础上,设计并研究了稀土氮碳硼共渗新工艺.试验发现,应用650℃×3h冷至 570℃×3 h的稀土氮碳硼共渗工艺处理后的 45钢表面,其最高硬度可达 1050 Hv,最大层深可达 0.40 mm,耐磨性、耐蚀性获得了明显提高,电子探针检测证实,稀土元素深入了钢的表面,起到了明显的摧渗、改性作用.
Based on the original investigation, the new process of RENCB was designed and studied in the experiment. It has shown in the experimentthat the surface of 45 steel could reach the maximal hardess of 1050 HV and the maximal depth of 0.40 mm when treated with the process of RENCB at 650 for 3 h and then cooled to 570 for 3 h, the wearability and corrision resistance is remarkably improved. It has been proved that rare earth could bond the steel surface have pressed osmosis and modification with the electron microprobe.
