贵州省农业科技进步贡献率的测算与分析

Calculation and Analysis on Contribution Rate of Agricultural Science and Technology Progress in Guizhou

科技进步贡献率是反映科技进步作用的一项重要综合指标,本研究采用索洛增长速度方程法,对贵州省"八五"、"九五"、"十五"时期科技进步对农业经济增长的贡献率进行了测算和分析。结果表明,三个时期贵州省的科技进步贡献率分别为24.70%、27.83%、35.86%,农业科技进步的作用在贵州得到较好发挥,农业经济增长方式也逐渐好转。

The contribution rate of science and technology is an important comprehensive index for evaluating the effect of science and technology progress.The results from calculating and analyzing the contribution rate of science and technology progress to agricultural economic growth during ＂the Eighth Five-year＂,＂the Ninth Five-year＂and ＂the Tenth Five-year＂ periods by using Solow growth speed equation showed that the contribution rate of science and technology progress to agricultural economic growth of ＂the Eighth Five-year＂,＂the Ninth Five-year＂and ＂the Tenth Five-year＂periods was 24.70%,27.83% and 35.86% respectively in Guizhou,which indicates that the effect of science and technology progress on agricultural economy gradually increases and the growth pattern of agricultural economic is gradually changing for the better in Guizhou.
