摘要
在新农村建设的重要时期,农村固体废物对环境的污染日益严重,农业生产、生活及乡镇工业产生的固体废物对水体、大气、土壤等的危害加剧。针对此现状,从法制、人口、管理和技术等方面提出了治理农村固体废物污染的对策。
The solid waste produced from agricultural production,living and rural industry is seriously polluting water,air and soil in rural area during the important period of new countryside construction.The paper puts forward the countermeasures to harness rural solid waste pollution from aspects of legality,population,management,technology and so on.
