间歇性呼吸暂停对大鼠自主神经功能的影响

摘要 目的:探索呼吸暂停对自主神经系统功能的影响。方法:16只SD成年大鼠随机分为对照组和间歇性呼吸暂停组,利用心率变异性(Heart rate variability,HRV)分析方法观察间歇性呼吸暂停过程中HRV各参数变化。结果:间歇性呼吸暂停使大鼠心功率谱各参数明显改变,总功率降低,超低频功率升高,高频功率降低,超低频功率与高频功率比值升高。结论:间歇性呼吸暂停使自主神经系统功能失衡。 Object:To explore effect of periodicity apnea to autonomic nerve.Method:16 adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group and periodicity apnea group.Heart rate variability analysis method was used to analyze the effect of periodicity apnea to autonomic nerve function.Outcome:The autonomic nerve functions of rats changed obviously.Total power(TP) and high-frequency(APH) decreased,ultra-low frequency(APU) and ratio of power in ultra-low to high band(RUN) increased.Conclusion:Periodicity apnea cause autonomic nerve function imbalance.
