基于MIMS药物辨识图的刻痕片研究

Study on Scored Tablets Based on MIMS Drug Identification Chart

目的:了解目前已上市刻痕片的特征,为临床合理用药及制药企业提供参考。方法:应用美迪医讯提供的MIMS药品信息系统中"药物辨识图"查询功能检索刻痕片,记录每一种刻痕片的通用名、商品名、制造商、MIMS药理分类、大小、形状、用法用量、刻痕形状等信息并进行分类汇总。结果:77种刻痕片中,90.9%制造商为外企;32.5%刻痕片属于抗糖尿病药物、抗心绞痛药类药物;50.6%药片大小为0.5-1.0cm;42.9%刻痕片为圆形;67.5%刻痕片刻痕为单面一字型;67.5%刻痕片为普通药片,也有少数为薄膜衣片及缓控释片。结论:建议国企足够重视刻痕片的研究,在设计刻痕片时,需考虑其大小、形状、刻痕形状、制备工艺等因素;临床使用抗糖尿病药物、抗心绞痛药等药物时要调整给药剂量,做到个体化给药;尤其值得注意的是,薄膜衣片、缓控释片一般不可分劈,但某些制备工艺特殊的缓、控释片也可分劈给药。

Objective：To study characteristic of scored tablets on sale and offer reference for pharmaceutical enterprise manufacture and drug rational use.Method：Make use of drug identification Chart in MIMS drug information system to record classification,size,shape,application,shape of score,and so on,then to statistics the results.Results：There are 77 scored tablets in total.for all,90.9% were manufactured by foreign-funded enterprises,32.5% are antidiabetics and antianginal drugs,besides,diameter of 50.6% scored tablets is between 0.5cm and 1.0cm.As to shape,42.9% scored tablets are round.And 67.5% of those tablets score is one-font at one side.67.5% is common tablets with little film-coated tablets and controlledrelease tablets.Conclusion：Studying on scored tablets is of great importance,especially on size,shape,score shape,manufacture technology etc.When prescribing antidiabetics and antianginal drugs,doctors should pay attention to adjust dose of these drugs to make individualization.in addition,film-coated tablets and controlled-release tablets should not be divided generally unless for which are manufactured by special technology.
