仁化人民医院麻醉性镇痛药使用情况调查分析

Analysis of the Use of Narcotic Analgesics in the Ren Hua People Hospital

目的:通过系统的调查和分析,了解仁化人民医院麻醉性镇痛药品的临床使用情况,说明麻醉性镇痛药在医院使用的合理性及对麻醉药物使用应进行的监督和管理,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:以药物利用指数(DUI)为主要判断指标,对仁化人民医院2008年1月——2009年l2月7种麻醉性镇痛药品的使用情况进行调查与分析。结果:调查的7种麻醉性镇痛药品中,2008年和2009年有5种药品DUI<1,2009年则有6种药品DUI<1。结论:仁化人民医院2009年麻醉性镇痛药品的使用情况明显较2008年合理。

Purpose：In order to guide the narcotic analgesics to use rightly,we did a systematic investigation and analysis,finding out the clinical application of narcotic analgesics to show whether they were using and managing accurately in our hospital.Method：We made a DUI（Drug Use Index） as the standard to judge,analysing the use of seven kinds of narcotic analgesics in this hospital from January,2008 to December,2009.Results：With analysing seven kinds of narcotic analgesics,we found out that there were five kinds＇ DUI 1 in 2008 but six kinds＇ DUI 1 in 2009.Conclusion：The use of narcotic analgesics in 2009 was obviously more reasonable than which in 2008.
