锅炉是一种在工业生产及日常生活中提供热源的设备，在运行中若出现故障是相当危险的，所以，锅炉故障报警就显得尤为重要．分析了锅炉发生故障的主要原因．提出了用ＰＬＣ实现锅炉故障报警系统的设计方案，给出了报警系统的硬件结构和梯形图．

The boiler is an equipment that provides heating source in industrial production and daily life. This is very dangerous when there are faults in its operation, therefore, the fault alarmm of the boiler is very important. This paper describes briefly the importance in the fault alarm of boiler, analyses major reasons of occurring fault, presents design project of the fault alarm system of boiler with PLC and gives hardware structure and ladder.
