摘要
总结65例颈椎骨折脱位手术治疗患者的护理。颈部制动、颅骨牵引、并指导气管食道推移训练,预防压疮及下肢深静脉栓塞,术后康复功能训练等护理。随访6~38个月。患者脊髓运动感觉功能评分均有不同程度恢复,融合率100%。
Summed up nursing of 65 operative patients with fracture-dislocationofcervicalspine.Total nursing cares include： neck immobilizes,skull traction,trachea-oesophzgus process training,prevention of pressure ulcer and phlebothrombosis of leg,postoperative rehabilitation training.All patients were followed up 6 to 38 months.Their ASIA spinal cord function grade of post-operation had recovered in different degree.The rate of fusion was 100%.
