摘要
提出一种在立式铣床上倾斜圆盘铣刀近似加工大直径圆弧面的方法.应用坐标变换原理和空间曲线投影的方法进行分析研究,给出了铣刀盘倾斜角度与刀盘直径、弧面半径之间关系的基本方程,论证了倾斜圆盘铣刀近似铣削大直径圆弧面的基本理论,即用椭圆曲面近似拟合圆弧面.应用极差法,分析椭圆曲面近似拟合圆弧面的原理误差,给出了原理误差的相关计算公式,并通过实例计算证明原理误差小,可满足中等精度零件加工的要求.
The thesis presents an approximate processing method of large diameter arc by inclining milling cutter on the upright miller. Applying the coordinate transformation and the projective curve to analyze and study, the author gives a basic equation on the relation of the milling cutter's angle of inclination and cutter's diameter and arc's radius, vertifies the basic principle of approximate milling large diameter arc with the upright milling cutter. Principle error of elliptic curve approximately limiting circle curve is analyzed with extreme value and its formula is given. The example indicates that the principle error is smaller and can meet the demand of medium precision parts.
